Many will remember her three-heat victory in the Kentucky Filly Futurity, when her driver Ron Pierce directed a "goodbye wave" to the competition. Her wins in five major stakes at 2 and victories in the glamour division classics at 3 easily garnered her Dan Patch divisional honors both seasons. The royally-bred filly dominated her division as both a 2 and 3-year-old. Passionate Glide took home the honors in the sport's foremost event for trotting fillies, the Hambletonian Oaks, while Brittany-bred Glidemaster won the Hambletonian on the same card at the Meadowlands. Passionate Glide made up half of the duo that made harness racing history in 2006 when her breeder Brittany Farms became the first ever to have bred the winner of the same year's Hambletonian and Hambletonian Oaks.
